CANCELLATION POLICY

🐾 Grooming Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change! We kindly ask that all cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee based on the scheduled grooming service. No-shows will also be charged 10% of the scheduled service and may be required to leave a deposit before booking future appointments. Any required deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours.
